delboy
BBC have just reported that Dundee United are concerned that if there is not a significant change in the weather then Saturday's game will be off. I know warmer weather has been forecast but will it be enough?
myteam
if i was a gambler, i,d put my house on the game,ll be off
Special aka
Tonight's Grampian report has it as a non-starter.
delboy
I kind of hope the game is on as it's being played on my birthday (although I'll be staying in Corrour Station for the weekend) if the game is on I can see it being a great game as both side will be a bit stale however I'll go for a 4-0 away win (to match my age)
WellTiliDie
Looking at the weather forecast it is to be above freezing on Thursday, Friday and Saturday so if the SFA have got any sense they will at least wait till Friday if they are going to make a decision whether it is on or not. wellfan09
aye no doubt it will be off and it becomes three weeks since we've played a competitive game of football
Guest 'Flow
Dundee Utd are having a health and safety inspection of Tannadice and the surrounding area with the Police today. They will then make a recommendation to the SPL...
Neil
Great idea to do it when the temperature is -75 rather than wait a few days for when it's to be well above freezing...

Guest
Theres still a large amount of snow around the area. The west and centre of the city is clearing but the East end is still pretty fucked. Be surprised if its a goer.
Finlay
Wee bit surprised they never waited till Friday morning for this.
delboy
How you going to get there and back on Sat ? train up on Friday and then catch the only train back on Sunday evening (that's my holiday plans not travel to Dundee ) mind you with the way things are going I won't get away and the game won't be on either
dufc4
poster put this on a utd forum.. Just spoke to ST..............look out for late Thursday call off or first thing friday. Can't spend money then as already pointed out, police say away fans can't travel (all 150), safety first etc etc Thaw won't work that quick on the fozen ice...snow fine but the ice mountains will need at leat 4-5 clear thaw days. Plus, look out for CC and DS being fit for re-arrangements....makes sense....

dufc4
Look out for Motherwell beatin you AGAIN whenever the games played. don't think we're that bothered about the game being off. seems that way anyway. gives severin, dods, kovacevic, conway, dods, daly more time to return from injuries. East_Stand_Al
No chance this'll go ahead !
dundeesteelman
I will be disapointed if this is off and the Hamilton game goes ahead. Just travelled up from Blackpool and the conditions and temperature are much worse in the Hamilton area compared to up here. In fact there was a diference of -14C.....it's almost tropical in Dundee!!!
Finlay
Could easily postpone the game to prevent the Motherwell fans from travelling to Dundee right enough.
Spiderpig
I dont think the game has any chance of being on, BBC reporting Tannadice as under several inches of snow. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/s...rem/9269733.stm
