Does anyone know when the replay is?  The cup draw looks amazing now, and being a little optimistic, avoiding an SPL team next round, I think we could get to the final, with a little luck  Aberdeen v Dunfermline Athletic Inverness Caledonian Thistle v Greenock Morton OR Airdrie United Hamilton Academical v Dundee United Stenhousemuir OR Stranraer v Motherwell East Stirlingshire OR Buckie Thistle v Brechin City Rangers v Celtic Ayr United v St Mirren St Johnstone v Partick Thistle  I would have any team in bold  Your thoughts?..... I would say you are being pessimistic. We have three guys on trial, two of whom had cracking performances in the bounce game yesterday and we are being linked with other players based down south. Yes there is a lack of funds but most other teams similar to us are in the exact same position except for Killie and Aberdeen who are simply putting themselves further into the red and risking the future of their club. I fucking hated Aberdeen anyway (due to the large ammount of Lanarkshire Aberdeen fans I know) but now it's significantly worse. There are a couple of SPL clubs that have not even a slight chance of winning the cup. We're certainly not one of those SPL club... Â I don't get this whole Aberdeen will win something! I'm not even remotely excited about the upcoming Semi Final, and I get the feeling neither is anybody else. Really strange since trips to Hampden are rare. That's just the general feel about the place. Even if McCall pulls a few signings or even loans out the bag and we hit a bit of unexpected form.....even then, we would still almost certainly have to dispose of one of the Old Firm. Â Of course while we are still in both cups there is always obviously still a chance. Â I'm not saying Aberdeen will win anything, but it is a big fear! Bet no-one thought we'd win it in 91, or reach the LC final recently, or get to two LC semis in just a few years. (Obviously this is not my opinion this is my summary of this topic so far) Â My true opinion is that We should look at the semi before the SC because 1/It's closer and 2/ its a priority. Â However should we get a good team in the next round of the SC (i.e Celtic, Rangers Dundee tc.) We'll lose and get pumped out. Â If we got through against SHM or STRNR, then get say St MIdden in the next, I'd fancy us for the semis and then if Lady luck supports the 'Well we'll get an over ambitious diddy team who we'll have a gala day against!
